Mr. Buck is the owner and Principal Geologist of Advanced Environmental Concepts, Inc. (AEC). The company was formed in 1989 and the corporate office established in Bakersfield, California. He has extensive and diverse experience in managing and directing environmental projects involving Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Soil and Groundwater Investigations, and conducting Preliminary Endangerment Assessments for new schools, or schools scheduled for renovation. He has also been responsible for the selection, design, implementation, and operation of soil and groundwater treatment units at numerous leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites.
Mr. Buck has established professional working relationships with California agencies including the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Department of Toxic Substances Control, County Environmental Health Departments, City and County Fire Departments, and Air Quality Management Districts. He has also conducted Phase I and Phase II Assessments in the Western United States including Washington, Oregon, and Arizona.

April Saceaux - Environmental Professional
April Saceaux joined AEC in June 2008 and assists with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments under the direct supervision of a California Registered Geologist.
Vanessa Radsick - Office Manager
Vanessa Radsick joined AEC in July 2013 and is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the office. She has the necessary experience to accomplish a wide variety of tasks to complete AEC's diverse projects successfully and in a timely manner.
Anthony Buck - Project Manager
Anthony Buck joined AEC in November 2019 and has experience as a Project Manager under the direct supervision of a California Registered Geologist. His environmental industry experience entails soil and groundwater characterization studies, removal of soils impacted with petroleum hydrocarbons, groundwater monitoring well construction, sampling and analysis as well as conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
